Denise is the owner of Designed Strength (formerly InForm Fitness of Northern California). She is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA, Certified in Power of 10, Stability & Mobility Coach, and MELT Instructor, as well as holding an AA in Health, Fitness & Nutrition from SRJC.
Denise’s fitness journey started in 2006 when she tried out for The Biggest Loser. “That experience changed my life forever! As I stood in line talking to people dealing with varying degrees of health issues, it hit me! I don’t belong here! I need to HELP these people!” That Monday she got herself a trainer and the rest is history.
Denise has been part of the Rohnert Park community for 23 years and has dedicated the past 17 years to helping her clients achieve their health and fitness goals. When she isn’t at the studio she is either spending time with her family, fishing, or traveling.

Jessica Lambert is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Health Coach. Her experience is that physical fitness is a key component to personal wellbeing and mental soundness.
Her objective is for you to leave your session feeling strong, accomplished, and proud. She will help you overcome any obstacles you face, whether physical or physiological, and educate you on the “why” behind what she asks of you.
She will be your teacher, cheerleader, and confidant. When she’s not training, you will often find her hiking local regional parks with her four-legged sidekick Leo.
